I am a nutritional therapist working from Swansea, in South Wales. I qualified last year (2006) and am currently building up a natural health practice. I also have a nutritional health "slot" in Cardiff once a week on a Thursday.

I am passionate about promoting natural health as a way of life. Nutritional therapy has virtually saved my life! It is encouraging to see more headlines in newspapers, television programs, and other media dedicated more to natural health through good diet and nutrition. There is virtually no health problem that cannot be improved or cured by nutritional therapy.
Chronic illness is not something that will go away by itself without any intervention of some kind. One of the biggest criticisms of complimentary treatments is that there is no real evidence to show they actually work. This is rubbish – as all you need to do is dig for it.
I love what I do and consider myself lucky to be paid for it, and even more fortunate to be able to pass on what I learn so that other people can gain from this knowledge.
Over the last three years I have made a complete recovery from breast cancer, chronic back pain and arthritis, irritable bowel syndrome, acid reflux (recurring heartburn) and allergies such as hay fever, eczema and asthma, all by changing my diet and lifestyle. This is the material on my website, so I won’t go into it here – but - this has proved to me the fact that our bodies are capable or correcting many serious errors and healing themselves if given the correct treatments and the opportunity to do so.
